DDL provides help-desk services to our application hosting clients, as well as to clients requiring help-desk services for seat management and other operational support needs.
We use our own Web-based expert help-desk ticket tracking and knowledge-base system. We are able to provide statistical reporting to clients, as well as track trends and report on application maintenance installations.

DDL supports all major RDBMSs. We have experience in data migration, data mining, and data tuning on all major platforms.
Systems Integration and Support
