Current Project
DDL recently began working with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
to enhance the quality of one of its housing delivery processes. We are providing
technical advice on occupancy issues, developing enhanced methods of knowledge transfer
and task focus, and preparing a policy guide.
