GSD Updates HUD’s Hospital Mortgage Insurance Management Information System.
On January 12, 2006, the Government Services Division (GSD) of Drayton, Drayton & Lamar, Inc successfully released a new version of the Hospital Mortgage Insurance Management Information System (HMIMIS) for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. HMIMIS is used in managing core processes in the mortgage insurance life cycle, including application processing, loan management, hospital monitoring, and storage of key documents and policies. GSD updated an antiquated HMIMIS system by making it compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and functional with the Internet Explorer browser.
